Campaigns Summary Dashboard
The Campaigns Summary screen is a desktop dashboard for Laline’s Marketing Manager to efficiently monitor and manage campaigns. It provides a high-level overview with KPIs, budget tracking, top influencer stats, and campaign tables. The design enables quick actions like starting, pausing, or adjusting campaigns and influencer collaborations — with a strong focus on fast budget management.
Problem & Goal Statement
What challenge does this dashboard solve for Laline’s marketing team?
Marketing managers lacked a unified view to manage multiple campaigns, influencers, and budgets quickly. The goal was to design a clear, actionable dashboard to streamline decisions.

Persona
Name: Dana, 42
Role: Senior Marketing Manager
Needs: Fast budget adjustments, campaign performance insights, influencer tracking
Pain: Wasting time switching between platforms and spreadsheets

Design Principles / Approach
Clarity & Prioritization
Designed a clean layout with visual hierarchy to highlight the most critical metrics (goals, budget, influencers) for quick decision-making.
Efficiency in Actions
Enabled direct controls (start/pause, edit budgets) within key components like tables and cards to reduce user effort and steps.
Scalable Structure
Built a modular interface using consistent cards, icons, and collapsible sections to support future features and additional product categories.

Sidebar Navigation & Layout
The left sidebar gives access to all key sections: Dashboard, Campaigns, Influencers, Budget, Goals, Comparison, and Reports.
Icons are supported by labels and organized for clarity. Sidebar can collapse to icons-only view.
The top bar includes brand switcher, search, and user info.
Main layout is divided into three parts: KPI summary, campaign insights (left: Budget, right: Influencers), and a detailed campaign table.

User Flow / Journey – Adjust a Campaign Budget
1. User selects a campaign from the table.
2. Clicks the budget edit icon or expands influencer rows.
3. Adjusts influencer-specific budgets or overall budget.
4. Confirms changes and receives AI suggestions for optimization.
5. Optionally pauses low-performing influencers or campaigns.
